RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) Any adult needing sacraments of Baptism, Communion, Confirmation, or are interested in becoming in Full Communion with the Catholic Church, is required to attend the RCIA. Sacrament of Matrimony To help couples prepare for an enriching life in a marriage relationship, couples should contact the parish office as soon as they make a decision to marry, and at least nine months prior to the proposed date of the marriage. (Policy of the Catholic Church, Province of Michigan) If either party has been previously married there is a required procedure that must be followed to obtain a Declaration of Freedom to marry again in the Catholic Church. Care of the Sick Persons unable to attend Mass are asked to contact the Parish Office so that Eucharist may be brought to them at home. Families and friends are asked to notify the Parish Office with the names of parishioners who are hospitalized. Holy Communion is brought regularly to the homebound on First Fridays. To be anointed before surgery, please contact the parish office. In case of emergency, call anytime.
